The accommodation we have for stag and hen party accommodation at Yeaveley is four sleeping cabins here on the Estate for you to stay in and two BBQ cabins. You can find out more about each type of cabin below.

Stag and Hen Party Nordic Cabin Accommodation
The Nordic cabins are an extremely popular accommodation for sleeping and the bbq space they proved. Sleeping arrangements are 8 bunk beds each with their own memory foam mattress, pillow, fitted sheets and duvets.
The Sleeping cabins are each 14m in diameter and are constructed of 50mm Norwegian pine; this makes them very well insulated. They are also double glazed – cosy in the colder months but cool in the summer – the best of both worlds.
The cabins have a small covered porch area to leave boots & outdoor clothing and are in the lee of the prevailing wind. These cabins when needed are heated using thermostatically controlled oil filled radiators, making the heating safe efficient and fume free. Each cabin has a solar dome to provide natural daylight and lockable double glazed windows and 5 lever door locking for security. The sleeping cabins are equipped with fire extinguisher, a carbon monoxide alarm and a smoke alarm for your safety. LED mains lighting and an external PIR light illuminated your way in the dark.
Each sleeping cabin accommodates 8 people.
The Nordic cabins can accommodate up to 16 people in a group.
Stag and Hen Party Pod Accommodation
We also have two other Sleeping cabins which are of the “Pod design”. They have many of the features of the Nordic cabins with a few slight variations.
These each sleep 8 people (in bunkbed style) with duvets & bed linen provided. The pods are extremely well insulated & heated by an electric panel radiator with thermostatic control.There are 240v sockets throughout with USB charging points.
These Pods each have a LCD TV with Freeview.
There is also a separate kitchen building which has the same facilities as the Nordic cabin kitchen & it has an additional seating area within the building.
BBQ Cabins
Our BBQ cabins are 10m in diameter & purpose built with a large central BBQ/firepit that vents through the central chimney.
Bench seating with reindeer skins or plenty of soft cushions to sit on around the BBQ allow you to relax in real comfort whilst cooking and drinking around the central fire. There is additional storage space under the benches.
Useful additional features over and above your usual BBQ; There are vertical supports to hold the smoke cowl in place that double up to provide metal arms for a fish/meat turning griddle, a kettle hook and a pan holder.
There are even picnic style tables that can be detached for putting your plates on & drinks holders. We provide all the BBQ equipment that you will need, from foil to BBQ tools.
The BBQ works best on charcoal briquettes, these are included within the price for both nights.
Lighting is by LED low voltage mains lighting providing a relaxing ambient background light. The BBQ cabin has a clock, a thermometer, a carbon monoxide alarm and a fire extinguisher. There are also USB charging points in various locations within our cabins/kitchens.
Additional charcoal is available on site.
Please note; Sleeping in the BBQ cabins is strictly prohibited.
Costs, booking and other helpful Information.
The Cabins & the BBQ Cabin come as a complete package price covering a minimum two night stay ( although for a supplement we can offer a one night stay in some circumstances). There is a maximum occupancy of 16 people, 8 per cabin and soft pillows and luxury quilts are supplied. These super cabins are available to book at the amazing unit price of £385 per cabin per night.
A two night stay includes the exclusive use of the BBQ hut, when booking both cabins. Weekend stays are Friday to Sunday and for over 18’s only. One night bookings are occasionally an option so please ask. If alternative dates or duration are required please ask we will do our best to help. Our accommodation is available from April to November.
When booking the cabins if you wish we can also arrange breakfasts for you both mornings. If booking a day’s activities with us we can also if required arrange a lunch for you on the Saturday between your activities. Our stay,clay and game day (the game butchery is seasonal so please check for availability) is very popular, as you get to cook the game you prepared earlier in the BBQ hut for your evening meal. Your stay can be tailored to include activities, food and transport, making all your arrangements easy.

The Small Print
For the comfort and safety of all concerned we have a few simple rules that apply specifically to the cabins & the BBQ cabin. We operate a “ clean shoe” policy – please no outdoor boots/shoes inside the cabins. Strictly No Smoking in any of the cabins. No additional fires/heating arrangements to be used under any circumstances. No sleeping in the BBQ cabin. No cooking/eating in the sleeping cabins
