At Yeaveley Estate we have been offering Corporate entertainment since the early 1960’s; with a proven track record in corporate entertainment of over 50 years we are very confident that we have the experience and expertise to make your day memorable for both your clients and your staff.
A day, a morning or an afternoon of corporate entertainment at Yeaveley is the perfect way to introduce a sales promotion, new product launch, add spice to a sales meeting, nurture existing client relationships, and create solid foundations for cementing new business ventures. From inception we will help you plan your day and offer suggestions for a follow up programme.
We offer 2 or 3 hour shooting packages for 2 or more people, half day events for larger groups and also full day events. During the summer months we can look at providing evening events.
Please note we cease shooting 1 hr before sunset.
Over the years we have hosted thousands of corporate events from literally 2 guests to over 1200 in a day!
Our events cover a wide variety of activities from Clay Pigeon Shooting, Rifle Shooting, Archery, Falconry, Fly Fishing, Hovercrafting, Black Powder, Crossbow, Air Rifles and Cannon right through to Bushcraft Skills.
We will happily provide you different options for your bespoke event with us.
All of our Shooting Instructors are APSI (the Association of Professional Shooting Instructors) qualified with many holding other qualifications through other shooting associations in addition to having many years of shooting experience with many different types of firearms and shotguns to ensure that you have the safest and most enjoyable shooting experience whether you are a complete novice or an experienced shooter.
Our Instructors are additionally qualified and experienced in the other activities that we offer.
We are able to cater to a very high standard and this is one of the many reasons why we have companies return to us year in and year out.
Our food is locally, freshly resourced and seasonally appropriate. We cater for all food tastes, along with specific requirements for personal preferences, medical requirements or religious reasons.

For clay pigeon shooting we use modern , high quality equipment alongside low recoil fibre wad cartridges (which are better for the environment than plastic wad cartridges) and smaller gauge shotguns for ladies.
Safety equipment for each activity is provided as a matter of course and we expect our guests to use the equipment provided at all times whilst taking part in activities.
Risk assessments – we carry out constant reviews of our activities and our instructors alongside the equipment we use. If you require sight of our RA’s prior to your booking an event with us please let us know.
For the vast majority of our Corporate events you will have exclusive use of our Estate and the Shooting Lodge throughout your stay. Unlike many other venues your day will take place at your pace not that of the other parties who are present.
You can use our Lodge for informal style meetings and with prior arrangement we can provide AV equipment.
Our Lodge is equipped with SuperFast WiFi despite it’s remote location!
Furthermore The Lodge has a large central wood burner using firewood produced on the Estate for the winter and air conditioning for the summer along with colonial style fans to keep the Lodge cool and airy.
The Lodge has a fully licensed bar serving beers, wines and spirits after all activities have finished.
Additional space for your guests and larger groups is usually provided through the use of marquees or Teepees.
We have sufficient parking for cars and coaches.
